BRIGHTON-BASED Volvo dealer Dinnages is soon to celebrate its three-year partnership with the Swedish manufacturer by opening a new state-of-the-art dealership in Worthing.
Following the recent launch of the all-new XC90, Volvo’s premium flagship seven-seater, Dinnages is investing further in the brand by introducing the Volvo Retail Experience initiative for local customers.
VRE, as it is known, focuses on the space and design of the new Worthing dealership by reflecting Volvo’s Scandinavian-inspired values of calm, clean lines with a ‘cool on the outside and warm on the inside’-style architecture.
Dinnages, which has been selling new and used Volvos for three years, will be opening its doors on August 7 at its new site on Brougham Road.
Graham Webb, Dinnages’ sales manager, said: ‘The aim of VRE is to create an environment for customers in which high levels of visual transparency are key.
‘It’s a new way of retailing, designed to make our customers feel relaxed and at ease in an environment that informs and provides flexible waiting, working and assessment areas.
‘The team here at Dinnages have been outstanding while we have undergone the transition from our current site to the new one. They have had to work in temporary makeshift sites but have continued to deliver the exceptional high levels of service our customers are used to.
‘With only a few days to go, we’re all hugely excited to welcome our customers into our new VRE dealership.’
