LEEDS-based Skoda dealer DM Keith has expanded East, acquiring a Skoda franchise in Hull.
The new dealership – Royce Roberts – will sit alongside DM Keith’s existing Skoda franchises, based in Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield and York.
All of Royce Roberts’s 17 full-time and two part-time staff members will be retained by DM Keith, though it’s yet to be confirmed whether the premises will be re-branded.
Royce Roberts, its self a fairly new dealership, was founded in 2008 – and offers new and used vehicles, along with servicing and parts, and also caters to fleet and Motability users.
‘The DM Keith brand has been built through factors such as development of excellent relationships with customers, competitive pricing, outstanding service levels and the team having a real passion for their work,’ said Peter Barton of Gordons – the legal firm that advised DM Keith on the acquisition.
‘It’s therefore a pleasure to have helped the business broaden its base further and we’re certain its attributes will very soon be widely appreciated in Hull.’
