AUTO Trader has expanded its partnership network to include News UK, publishers of The Sun and The Times.
The partnership, which starts today, sees Auto Trader become the sole provider of car, bike and van search functionality on the publisher’s motoring websites, as well as providing readers with free valuations for their vehicles.
Jason Biffin, Auto Trader’s retailer and consumer product director, said: ‘With close to 60 million cross platform visits each month, we know that we enjoy an exceptionally high level of engagement amongst consumers.
‘In today’s fast-evolving marketplace, access to a wide consumer base is essential for dealers to drive sales and hit their targets.
‘By building our partnership network with widely-recognised motoring platforms, we are extending our customers’ reach even further, providing them with exclusive access to the UK’s largest marketplace of engaged car buyers.’
William Spencer, head of verticals at News UK, said: ‘This is a great deal for our readers, and for Auto Trader. We’re proud to partner with a market leader like Auto Trader, and look forward to making this a resounding success.’
News UK is the latest in a line of partnerships for Auto Trader, with others including Top Gear, MSN, The Daily Telegraph and Red Driving School.
