Named twice in our list of finalists, ClickDealer were also highly commended in the Dealer Management System of the Year Award category.
The system was first launched in 1999 and director Ollie Moxham explained how much it has changed since then.
He said: ‘It means a lot to be recognised in this category as we have taken advice from our dealers to ensure it meets their needs.
‘We’re always listening to what our customers want and we try to implement those elements where we can. Therefore, our DMS really is designed around them.’
ClickDMS has won the Car Dealer Power award for Dealer Management System of the Year in both 2018 and 2019, and shook up what had been a tough category to break for many years.
The team has remained highly praised this year, with shining comments from its customers.
Moxham added that they work so closely with their customers that they are almost ‘like family’ and how grateful they are for their nominations in this category.
