INFINITI has appointed Derek Munro as its used car remarketing manager.
Munro has crucial knowledge of the automotive industry having worked for Peugeot in a number of management positions including national used vehicle sales manager.
Munro will report to regional director for North Europe, Steve Oliver. Commenting on Munro’s appointment, he said: ‘I am pleased to welcome Derek to Infiniti North Europe.
‘He joins the company just before the new Q50 is due to arrive and that’s a key time for us to explore many new sales areas, which until now we have not been able to compete in.’
Munro said: ‘I am excited to join Infiniti at a time when the company is expanding its portfolio across not only the UK but all over the world.
‘The recent reveal of the Q30 concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show and the prospect of UK manufactured product coming on stream in 2015 makes it a great time to be associated with a true premium brand with a very promising future.’
