FOR the second year running, Jaguar has taken first place in the annual JD Power Dealer satisfaction survey.
Results from the survey were based on the views of 13,511 customers, where they provided feedback on vehicles bought between January 2010 and December 2011.
This feedback resulted in Jaguar achieving a 85.5 per cent satisfaction score as customers focused on the booking process, overall staff helpfulness, dealership facilities, the quality of work and how fair the service charges were.
Lexus just missed out on the top spot with a score of 85.4 per cent, with Honda and Mercedes-Benz close behind with 84 and 82.6 per cent.
Meanwhile, Land Rover dealerships were ranked joint-fifth alongside Toyota, ahead of Skoda in seventh, Volvo in eight and Kia and Nissan rounding up the top 10 in joint ninth with 80.32 per cent.
Jaguar Land Rover UK managing director, Jeremy Hicks, said: ‘Our dealer network is the most important point of contact we have with our customers and I am delighted that Jaguar and Land Rover have performed so well in the JD Power survey for the second year in a row.’
He added: ‘Our product line-up is the strongest and most diverse it has ever been, with new sectors of the market coming to the brand all the time, as proven by record sales in 2013.’
