JLR brands to unite in multi-million-pound Buckinghamshire Lookers dealership

Time 9:00 am, June 5, 2019

PLANS for a new multi-million-pound Lookers Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Buckinghamshire have been revealed.

The 16,193 sq ft site in Aston Clinton is expected to be completed by the end of the year, replacing the group’s Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms in Amersham and Chipperfield. Around 90 members of staff will be transferred to work at the new dual-branded development.

Niral Patel, head of business at Amersham Jaguar and Chipperfield Land Rover, said: ‘We’re excited about this new development, which will cement our position as the primary Jaguar Land Rover retailer in the Buckinghamshire area. The dealership will be the perfect place to showcase JLR’s ever-growing range of prestige cars, and with so many exciting additions expected this year the future of both Jaguar and Land Rover looks very bright.’

The showroom will hold 18 new cars split between the two brands. There will also be space for more than 100 used cars outside. Meanwhile, the combined workshop will have more than 30 bays.

Jeremy Hicks, UK managing director of Jaguar Land Rover, said: ‘What Lookers has in store with this new showroom is really exciting, and we can’t wait for our customers to experience this brilliant new Jaguar Land Rover site.’
