VOLKSWAGEN UK is future-proofing its internal communications with the launch of the new Volkswagen Hub.
Created to streamline and simplify communication across the Volkswagen UK business, the Hub delivers the information employees need, quickly and simply.
The new online communication tool uses responsive website and smartphone functionality to help head office, retailer and technical and field-based staff.
The aim is to enhance their productivity and reduce the time they spend searching for information.
The Hub, now live across the Volkswagen UK retailer network, replaces the previous desktop system. Engineered to be flexible, the Hub works seamlessly on a variety of devices including laptop and desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.
Moreover, personalising the material that individual Volkswagen employees see by their job role and areas of interest and responsibility means the system simplifies internal communications and allows staff to concentrate on what matters to them most.
Finally, ensuring search results are timely, relevant and accurate promotes efficient use of the new system which is pivotal to the brand’s internal communications.
The Hub has been designed and developed using feedback and input from staff throughout the Volkswagen business.
