RCZ beats predictions

Time 11:45 am, November 13, 2010

peugeot-dealer-rcz-uk-firstCYNICS of the Peugeot RCZ can now be silenced as the car has now stamped its presence on the used car market.

Dealers have already said that they are experiencing demand outstripping supply for new RCZs – now the same can be said of RCZs in the used market.

At a recent closed auction at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground, over 70 dealers fought over 15 RCZs – each with approximately 8,000 miles on their clocks – and all sold.

The cars easily smashed past predicted used prices to achieve an average of 92 per cent of manufacturer RRPs and an aggregate 103 per cent of CAP Clean.

The star lot was a GT THP 200 in Mercury Grey with 6,000 miles on the clock, which made an impressive £23,500; 111 per cent of CAP, 97 per cent of manufacturer RRP.
