WITH the motor trade, by its very nature, being a multi-site, multi-franchise business, it can be difficult to wish everyone you want to a Merry Christmas and definitely not easy to do that from all your sites.
This year, award-winning retail group, Swansway, has come up with a novel way of wishing all their customers, suppliers and friends a very Merry Christmas, from every one of their sites and a whole host of staff.
The Twelve Days of Christmas is a video Christmas card sung by Swansway customer delight manager Sue Cook, with acting, dancing and seasonal antics from staff across the whole Swansway family.
