Director at GardX AD-Vantage Billy Coutin accepted the award and said: ‘We’re absolutely thrilled to be the winners of this award.

He added: ‘We’ve tried to set ourselves apart with this specific video product to approach things from a slightly different way.
‘I think the fact we’re now winners in this category means that hard work and our thought process was right.’
Lockdown saw its use accelerate even further as dealers turned to video solutions to communicate with their customers and sell cars.
GardX AD-Vantage B2See became even more important to car dealers, which they told us in their survey responses.
Coutin said ‘The challenge was always customers not wanting to go back into dealerships and how could dealers really communicate a consistent clear and concise message to the consumer. The answer is video.
‘The difference between a dealership that sends a video over WhatsApp and another dealership that sends a clean, clear, professional, branded video presentation does make a big difference.
‘It’s come to be what’s expected now as it’s what they can get in other sectors. It’s important when they buy a video that they get exactly the same experience.’
