Snows Accident Repair Centre in Southampton is celebrating a major customer service milestone after receiving more than 1,000 five-star reviews online.
Bosses say the landmark highlights the site’s commitment to delivering high-quality repairs and customer service over a prolonged period of time.
Regular positive feedback has included comments about the firm’s professionalism, communication and quality of workmanship, with the centre working hard to maintain high scores across the board.
The manufacturer-approved bodyshop has built up the reviews across a number of customer feedback platforms, with hundreds also posted on Google.
The site is accredited by more than 20 leading automotive brands, including Volkswagen, BMW and Renault, and carries out repairs on all makes and models.
Its work ranges from dents and scratches to specialist alloy wheel refurbishment and more complex body repairs, with technicians using manufacturer-approved methods and equipment.
Head of business Dan Bush said the milestone reflected the team’s focus on customer satisfaction.
‘We always strive to deliver a level of customer service that goes above and beyond expectations,’ he said.
‘It is a fantastic feeling when we receive a new five-star review. We take great pride in returning a vehicle to its owner in pristine condition and seeing their satisfaction first-hand.
‘Receiving positive feedback a few days later is the icing on the cake and recognition of the hard work our team puts in every day.’
The centre says reviews submitted through manufacturer customer feedback programmes account for many of its five-star ratings, while hundreds more can be found on Google.
Bush said the reviews were also helping prospective customers discover the business.
He added: ‘Reviews are incredibly valuable because they give prospective customers confidence in choosing us.
‘Someone searching online for an accident repair centre may come across our reviews and see the experiences other people have had.
‘However customers find us, whether through recommendation, a Google search or simply walking through the door, they can be assured their vehicle is in expert hands.
‘Every repair is completed to manufacturer standards and backed by a lifetime guarantee.’
The centre has also received industry recognition, having been named Service and Repair Outlet of the Year at the Car Dealer Magazine Used Car Awards 2024.
