For independent retailers, a website is often the most important salesperson in the business.

It needs to attract customers, showcase stock and convert enquiries around the clock.

Taking the title for 2026, for a ninth year, is 67 Degrees, with dealers praising the firm for its creativity, performance and customer service.

Lauren Ambrose, operations director at 67 Degrees, said the latest victory was particularly meaningful because it reflected the close relationships the business has built with its customers over the years.

‘Honestly, we are absolutely delighted. We actually couldn’t be happier,’ she told Car Dealer.

‘We are so thankful to everyone who voted for us and our customers that we work so closely with every day.

‘We’re over the moon, to be honest. It’s a testament to our team and all the hard work they put in every single day.’

The latest success marks the ninth time 67 Degrees has won the award, making it one of the most successful suppliers in Car Dealer Power history.

Asked about the secret behind that winning streak, Ambrose said the company’s approach had always been centred on ‘partnership’ and ‘adaptability’.

‘For us, it’s genuinely about our partnerships with our customers,’ she said.

‘We like to refer to them as our partners. We are in it together with them.

‘It’s an ever-changing market, rapidly changing market. We listen, we react to the trends, everything that changes on a daily basis within automotive.’

She added that being able to move quickly has helped the business stay ahead of the competition.

‘We like to think of ourselves as truly agile as well,’ she said.

‘We actually have the ability to pivot and make changes and make decisions when we want to for the sake of our customers.’

The company has spent the past year investing heavily in technology and infrastructure as it prepares for further growth.

Ambrose revealed the business has recently moved into a new office and is continuing to develop its platform to take advantage of advances in automotive technology.

‘For the past 12 months, we’ve been really focused on our technology evolution,’ she said.

‘Our platform is going through some amazing upgrades and opportunities to join the market as technology grows and evolves.’

While artificial intelligence and automation are transforming the automotive retail sector, Ambrose said the company’s focus remains firmly on helping dealers navigate those changes.

‘We do not rest on what’s currently going on,’ she said.

‘We’re thinking of tomorrow and we’re building a future for tomorrow for our customers.

‘It’s always about evolution. It’s what is next and how do we get there.

‘More importantly, remaining integral to our customers as we do so.’

Looking ahead, Ambrose admitted the company has already set its sights on reaching a major milestone in 2027.

‘The hard work doesn’t stop,’ she said.

‘We will absolutely be pushing ourselves to the next level and pushing ourselves to get that for the 10th year in a row.

‘It will be so important to us.

‘Genuinely, everything we do is for the sake of our customers, which is why we have such positive relationships with them.’

She added: ‘Technology advances beyond a rate unimaginable, but we are advancing with it.’
