PROGRESS Recruitment Solutions has announced a new partnership with automotive training specialists Happy Workplaces.
This unique initiative will makes high quality training available to their clients and candidates, providing the skills and support required to help develop individuals, improve staff retention, and increase profits.
Progress Recruitment Solutions MD Laura Rycroft said that this new and innovative approach would ‘disrupt’ current thinking with respect to the role of a recruitment agency by demonstrating a commitment to both clients and candidates, at the initial recruitment stage, through the induction period, and throughout an employee’s career.
