ACCIDENT management firm Easi-Drive has been handed a gong in the prestigious Manchester Evening News Business of the Year Awards.
Easi-Drive – which provides services to the motor trade – was named top business in the £10-£25m turnover category.
The firm’s success has been recognised in a series of business and industry awards in the last two years, including The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100; National Business Awards in partnership with Orange Finalist (The Santander Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year Award) and ITM Nationwide Accident Management Specialist 2010.
Simon Bellamy, founder and managing director, said: ‘This is the icing on the cake to what has been a fantastic year. We have enjoyed dramatic growth over the last five years and this is a great way for our efforts to be recognised.’
The business has recently unveiled a new brand identity, extended its head office in South Manchester by 25,000 sq ft and revealed ambitious growth plans with a target of increasing turnover to around £30m by 2013.
