Milton Keynes SEAT has been sold to the Wayside Motor Group for an undisclosed sum.

This is the second acquisition in recent months that the motor group have made, indicating their appetite to expand and create a string regional group.

David Kendrick, transaction manager at ASE said: ‘Yet again we see another group purchasing a single site dealership as the sector consolidation continues. It certainly appears that this trend will continue as the year closes and 2011 begins.’
