YOU’RE always guaranteed to come across a selection of crazy concepts at the Tokyo Motor Show and Nissan’s IDx and IDx Nismo are some of the wackiest.
The two models are both rear-wheel-drive and have been designed for the next generation of customers in mind.
In contrast to other Nissans launched on the stand – like the new Nismo GT-R – the IDx features a striking muscle car look and has some resemblance to classic Nissans of the past like the Datsun 510. The concepts are said to show how a Nissan sportscar could look in the future.
According to the Japanese-brand, Nissan is closely monitoring the public’s reaction to the IDx, which we could see come into production.
