Time 1:49 pm, November 6, 2017

THE FORMER head of motor finance at Auto Trader has left his position to take up a newly-created role at Contract Hire And Leasing.

Motor finance expert Paul Harrison, pictured, is joining the company as its head of strategic partnerships. His job will be to strengthen Contract Hire And Leasing’s relationships within the automotive industry.

Harrison will also be tasked with identifying new opportunities to expand the business’ activities, engaging with new audiences and bringing additional revenue for the company’s advertising customers.

In addition, he will be actively involved in company strategy as part of its senior management team, contributing to external communications and conducting market analysis.

David Timmis, managing director of Contract Hire And Leasing’s parent company Really Good Domains, said: ‘Paul brings significant industry relationships, in-depth market insight and a wealth of experience to the new role. I am delighted to welcome Paul on board during this exciting time for the business and the leasing sector in general.’

Harrison added: ‘I’m really happy to be joining Contract Hire And Leasing, having been impressed with the team’s plans for the future. The company has a long history of working collaboratively with lenders, manufacturers, retailers and brokers, which has helped leasing to flourish.

‘The combination of shifting consumer behaviour, changing market conditions and regulatory activity presents a real opportunity to establish personal leasing in the mainstream.’
