BCA appoints Ian Carlisle as divisional CEO of BCA Services

BCA has announced the appointment of Ian Carlisle as divisional CEO of BCA Services. 

Carlisle has a broad career across a number of complex service industries at a senior board level, including Marks & Spencer, Autoglass and Homeserve. He was CEO of the Paragon Automotive Group for the 12 months before BCA acquired the business in 2016.

In his new role, Carlisle will take responsibility for BCA Vehicles Services, BCA Fleet Solutions, BCA Automotive and BCA Logistics.


Avril Palmer-Baunack, BCA Marketplace Executive Chairman, said: ‘We have formed the new Services division to further accelerate our ability to deliver our vision of being the leading, integrated, automotive services business.

‘One of Ian Carlisle’s main objectives will be to further align our services offer to create maximum value for our clients, especially as the automotive market evolves in the years ahead.

‘Ian has a wealth of experience gained at a very senior level in dynamic, changing business environments and we are delighted to welcome him to BCA on this next exciting phase of our journey.’
