LOOKERS VAUXHALL in Birkenhead has won the Motability Dealer Award for the North-West.

The accolade acknowledges the dealership’s efforts to provide outstanding service to Motability customers.

The awards highlight best practice and ensure that all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the scheme’s national dealer network.

By winning this quarterly award, Lookers Birkenhead has also put itself in the running for the national annual Motability Dealer Awards.

Peter Wilson, the general manager of dealer relations at Motability Operations, said: ‘The focus of these awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience.

‘It’s important for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability scheme, and highlight those who are setting a great example of how to do it well. Many congratulations to Lookers Vauxhall Birkenhead on their award.’

General manager Martin Benbow said: ‘All of us at Lookers Vauxhall Birkenhead are incredibly proud to win this Motability Dealer Award and are pleased to be recognised for our dedication to working in partnership with the scheme.

‘We look forward to continuing our award-winning approach to business and customer service and to welcoming many more Motability customers through our doors.’

The Lookers group, which comprises 154 franchised dealerships, sold 200,000 new and used vehicles in 2016 for an annual turnover of £4.3bn.
