SUPERCAR DEALER H.R. Owen is continuing to celebrate a hugely successful 2016 by topping two lots of Lamborghini sales rankings for the year.
The highly acclaimed Lamborghini London showroom in South Kensington was responsible for the most global car sales in 2016, making it the No. 1 Lamborghini dealership in the world.
As well as the famous London showroom, H.R. Owen has two more Lamborghini dealerships – Lamborghini Pangbourne (Berkshire) and Lamborghini Manchester – and their combined success added to London’s results to put H.R. Owen on top of the global dealer group charts for Lamborghini. This means H.R. Owen boasts the No. 1 individual Lamborghini dealer worldwide and is the No. 1 dealer group overall.
Lamborghini London has become the destination for car enthusiasts from all around the world, who journey to this iconic London showroom to peer through the windows at the stunning cars within. Thanks to its reputation, it’s also able to give fans around the capital glimpses of ultra-rare models.
In December, Lamborghini London welcomed the ultra-exclusive Lamborghini Veneno Coupe to South Kensington – one of only four examples manufactured worldwide – boasting a 740bhp V12 engine, carbon fibre monocoque and body, capable of over 220mph.
It was the very first Veneno to be featured in a main dealership in the UK, having only previously been on public display at the Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy, and at high-profile motor shows around the world.
H.R. Owen Lamborghini brand director Rupesh Jethwa said: ‘It’s been an outstanding year for H.R. Owen Lamborghini. Our results have been fantastic, which is testament to the amazing cars we sell, the hard work of the team and their exceptional understanding of the customer. We’re very much looking forward to even more success in 2017, with the launch of the Aventador S sure to keep us busy throughout the year.’
