Infiniti Centre Leeds celebrates awards win

Time 1:19 pm, September 30, 2015

INFINITI Centre Leeds recently clinched the Infiniti Premium Customer Experience Award for the best customer experience in 2014-15 in the UK.

It also outperformed every other Infiniti centre in Europe.

The Infiniti Premium Customer Experience Award recognises the centres that are the most dedicated and committed to providing the highest standard and bespoke service for customers.

This form of recognition, Infiniti says, is a further advancement in the focus they show to customers, offering them a highly personalised experience. Sales consultants are subsequently required to meet specific criteria, ensuring high standards.

The consultants are assessed on their ability to deliver a premium customer experience and on their ability to meet their needs, such as making each test drive a personalised experience. They are also judged on their product expertise, such as their familiarity with the Infiniti range.

Carl Bayliss, Infiniti’s UK country manager, said: ‘The Infiniti customer experience begins as they enter our centres; contemporary architecture, artwork and furniture make every centre a unique, original and warm place that looks more like a luxury hotel than a traditional car dealership.’

Alan Rotchell, centre manager for Leeds and Stockport, added: ‘This is the result of an extensive amount of service-oriented training, and the general enthusiasm of all the staff within the centre. We constantly try to ensure every Infiniti representative can build a true relationship with our guests, from service and sales consultants to the workshop technicians.’
