MASERATI has appointed Arrow Automotive to operate its latest new dealership in Cardiff.
The agreement will see Cardiff Maserati opening and operating from a fully refurbished showroom, developed to facilitate an indoor display of three new cars, a full aftersales facility for service and repair as well as a large display of used cars.
Based on the junction of Hadfield Road and Penarth Road in the heart of the city’s car district, the dealership will be the sole distributor of the Italian brand across the whole of South Wales and heralds a return of the brand to the region. This significant investment will also generate an additional four new jobs.
Cardiff Maserati will be headed by Joint Arrow Automotive directors Nick Wenger and Paul Rogers and is the fourth member of the group, which includes dealerships in Bridgend, Blackwood and Swansea.
Arrow Automotive director, Paul Rogers said: ‘It’s a great honour to be accepted into the Maserati network and to represent this prestigious marque in our home town of Cardiff. It’s an extremely exciting time for Maserati and Arrow Automotive with all the new cars that are coming, and the investment that we are making into our new state-of-the-art dealership.’
Maserati North Europe Network development manager, David Aldcroft, said: ‘We are delighted to be working with a local and Welsh dealer group like Arrow Automotive.
Aldcroft added: ‘We select our partners very carefully and we were especially attracted to a business that has a significant local presence and is as progressive as Arrow. We are certain that, in partnership, we will be able to establish a highly effective Maserati brand presence with a particular local understanding.’
