040913mazMAZDA has proved it’s the top of the league when it comes to customer satisfaction, after scoring an impressive 94 per cent customer rating.

Following the Japanese brand’s partnership with Motors Codes, results showed that more than 4,000 service and repair customers were satisfied with the service they received from Mazda dealers during 2013.

These results were recorded in the latest Motor Codes survey, which is based upon 4,366 reviews made by Mazda customers this year combined with direct responses from the public recorded online.

Aftersales director, Mazda UK, David Wilson-Green, said: ‘The 94 per cent satisfaction rating is an endorsement that our dealers offer an open, honest and fair service, provided by competent and conscientious staff.

‘By supplying our customers’ feedback to Motor Codes we are emphasising Mazda’s strong ethos of transparency in its relationships with customers.

He added: ‘Providing the best possible customer experience is a top priority for Mazda. We encourage Mazda customers to review their experience with us quickly and easily by visiting our dealer profile pages on the Motor Codes website and rating our performance. This feedback helps us enhance the services that we already offer.’
