AFTER receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback after its June events, Gemini Systems is planning five more regional customer events across the UK.

The directors and management at Gemini Systems are keen to meet as many customers as possible at these venues to discuss new opportunities, listen to customer ideas and feedback, review new products and hold informal workshop sessions.

Martin MacIver, head of commercial at Gemini Systems, said: ‘The June events were tremendously successful, so we will once again be showcasing our latest business accelerators: Campaign 365, TechMate & eVHC enhancements, specifically developed following in-depth discussion with customers.

‘They are designed with full integration to our Evolution DMS, allowing dealers the opportunity to generate incremental revenues, while reducing overall operating costs.’

There will also be informal workshop sessions in the afternoon for those wanting to learn some practical tips, plus further explanation of the customer support portal Raptor and how it will evolve, giving powerful online access to Gemini Systems’ support and development teams.

MacIver said: ‘Our philosophy is to continually improve our products and services, taking direct feedback and direction from our customers’ business requirements. Our new business accelerators perfectly demonstrate functionality that is both valued and desired by them, to run a successful automotive business.’

Explaining the thinking behind the June events, he said: ‘We wanted to get out to the regions of the UK to meet more of our customers.

‘The seven meetings in June were a great success and resulted in fantastic customer feedback. Many dealers placed orders on the day. Further to the meetings, more dealers have been in touch asking for additional information and placing orders.

‘This has given us a great incentive to arrange another five meetings in October, to gather even more customers at different regional locations with our directors and senior management.’
