GardX is a perennial winner of this hotly contested category, and head of sales Amanda Massey told us what it meant to scoop the trophy once more.
‘We are absolutely delighted to have won the award again,’ she said.

‘I think it’s testimony to the strength of the relationship that we have with our clients and also the team, because it’s not just one person, it’s a collective team that win these awards backed by our fantastic customers.

Feedback in the field and via the Car Dealer Power survey heaped praise on the support given by GardX as well as the product – a sentiment echoed by Massey.
She said: ‘We pride ourselves on our account management support.

She also emphasised how important GardX’s product was to helping dealers’ bottom line – especially with the sales industry fighting its way back post-pandemic.
Massey told how not just focusing on the car sale itself was key but being able to maximise the profit opportunities afforded by GardX’s paint and fabric protection product was invaluable as well.
She added: ‘Bottom line and profitability shouldn’t be a dirty word and I think people genuinely like the product. It’s a fantastic product.’
She added that not only did it do a great job for customers but also for dealers themselves.
