The Group has acquired them for an undisclosed sum and has stated that all former employees from Wood Group will transfer to Ridgeway – increasing the company’s workforce to more than 1,000 employees.

‘The acquisition of the BMW and Mini sites are a perfect strategic fit for us in terms of their locations, and very much compliments the product and brands we already represent’ said David Newman, Ridgeway group chairman.
