Time 3:48 am, May 25, 2011

tc-homepageDEALER group TC Harrison has announced it’s upgraded its website with a new look and improved facilities.

The updated website uses a fresh colourful design and now provides live web chat – allowing customers to obtain detailed information in an instant from a dedicated advisor.

Customers can also search by finance payment and the site has improved vehicle listings in the new, used and commercial sections.

Dave Bocking, group sales director of TC Harrison said: ‘The updated site is faster to load, much easier to navigate and offers visitors many benefits including the ability to save and compare vehicles, improved service, MOT and repair booking systems, better local dealership information with localised offers and advice, plus the ability to download diagnostic forms to help us solve repair problems more promptly.

‘The site now offers a ‘one stop shop’ for all motoring-related services, meaning researching a new car, selling or servicing an existing car can be done at the touch of a button.’

The new look site can be found at www.tch.co.uk and also includes printable vouchers containing fantastic offers, an improved finance calculator along with better finance examples, a scaled down mobile version, plus a full ecommerce parts shop stocking more than 2,000 lines with exclusive online discounts.

TC Harrison was founded in 1931 and has grown into one of the country’s largest privately owned motor groups, with dealerships in Derby, Burton, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Stamford and St Neots.

This year sees TC Harrison celebrate its 80th anniversary with a selection of amazing offers, charity bike rides and family fun days running throughout the year.
