First day back at work after a week’s holiday and it seems I’ve forgotten how to type, which isn’t good with an email inbox bursting at the seams.
Unfortunately my holiday planning included a monumental diary screw up meaning I missed the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Stupid really considering it takes place right on our doorstep, just 15 miles from the office.
By all accounts it was another great event with some top drivers and cars attending.
Thankfully Ferrari cheered up my return to work with this video. It shows the Scuderia Spider 16M completed the 1.16-mile hill climb in an incredible time of 59 seconds.
The video is stunning and the car sounds utterly brilliant from the on-board camera. I just wish I’d been there to see it myself.
