Vauxhall warranty deal

new-warranty-offer-on-all-vauxhallsVAUXHALL has overhauled its extended warranty offers, to simplify processes for car dealers.

The company has also launched a set of products longer than ever before.

10 warranty products used to be on offer – with differing levels of cover, liability procedures and, of course, prices.

These have been swept away and replaced by a far more logical range of products.

All of Vauxhall’s models are now available with extended warranty products, including older vehicles.

They are presented to car buyers in the form of bands, separated by engine size. They cover cars up to 10 years old, with up to 100,000 miles on the clock.

Vauxhall has also developed an online training programme for car dealer staff.

GM’s Andrew Curley reckons the new warranties have ‘not only made life easier for our retailers, but they’ve also enabled us to pass on some great savings, as well as encourage new customers to visit our retail network.’

What are the benefits of offering extended warranties, according to Vauxhall?

•    Protection from unexpected repair bills
•    Only manufacturer-approved parts used
•    Resale value boosted as warranties are transferrable
