Overfinch's 23% lift

OVERFINCH Range Rovers retain nearly a quarter more of their value than standard Land Rover vehicles, says CAP.

The vehicle pricing authority Overfinch Range Rovers command a 23 per cent residual value on top of its Black Book indicators.

The findings for Overfinch Range Rover and Overfinch Range Rover Sport models follows a 12-month assessment by CAP that compared enhancement features, packages and associated prices.

The review monitored the added value of Overfinch’s external body styling, exhaust systems, brake callipers, wheels and an array of bespoke interior features such as personalised leather upholstery options.

CAP Black Book editor, Tim Bearder, said: ‘When tracking vehicles fitted with Overfinch packages, it was found that annual depreciation of the enhancement, over and above the base car, was comparable to the car itself.’

Overfinch chairman, Kevin Sloane, said: ‘CAP’s evaluation is testimony to our long-standing ethos of enhancing Range Rovers as opposed to merely altering them.

‘I understand CAP’s opinion on Overfinch is unique in the aftermarket Land Rover arena. I’m delighted that its research consolidates our position as the leading Land Rover tuning brand and demonstrates a compelling economic argument for investing in Overfinch products.’
