Auto Express editor-in-chief Steve Fowler to deliver keynote Conference speech

Time 6 years ago

Steve Fowler-pictureAward winning Auto Express and Car Buyer editor-in-chief Steve Fowler has signed up to deliver a key note speech at the Car Dealer Conference & Automotive Expo, sponsored by GForces.

The respected journalist, who edited WhatCar? and Autocar before taking up his current post, will tell delegates at our event at Silverstone on June 9 what consumers really expect from their dealers.

Auto Express surveys 30,000 buyers every year as part of its Driver Power survey and, as editor, Fowler has an in-depth knowledge of what your customers expect when they buy from you.

Fowler has years of experience in motoring journalism and his no-nonsense speech is likely to be an eye-opener for many delegates.

‘I’m looking forward to sharing some of the insights we’ve picked up as part of our Driver Power surveys over the years,’ explained Fowler.

‘Our readers are not afraid to tell it how it really is and my speech will reveal some of the interesting things they bring up that some dealers might not even think matters to customers.’

Fowler is one of four key note speakers at the event. He headlines the event which also includes 12 educational Workshop Sessions and four special Breakout Sessions. Full details of them all can be found here.
