Award winning Auto Express and Car Buyer editor-in-chief Steve Fowler has signed up to deliver a key note speech at the Car Dealer Conference & Automotive Expo, sponsored by GForces.
The respected journalist, who edited WhatCar? and Autocar before taking up his current post, will tell delegates at our event at Silverstone on June 9 what consumers really expect from their dealers.
Auto Express surveys 30,000 buyers every year as part of its Driver Power survey and, as editor, Fowler has an in-depth knowledge of what your customers expect when they buy from you.
Fowler has years of experience in motoring journalism and his no-nonsense speech is likely to be an eye-opener for many delegates.
