screen-shot-2011-08-31-at-102623AUTOMOTIVE recruitment firm Connect HR & Recruitment has announced it has rebranded itself.

From September the company will have a new trading name of CARS – Connect Automotive Recruitment Services – along with a new logo.

The firm has also revealed that there have been ‘many changes within the operational side of the business’ to ensure their growth plans do not impinge on their service levels.

Chris Watson, director and partner said: ‘We have been making steady growth year on year through our automotive recruitment services, however, we have always felt we could grow at a faster rate.

‘We have so much to offer our clients and candidates due to our knowledge of the motor trade and recruitment processes, so we decided to look at ourselves closely and developed a plan which is what you are now seeing unfold.

‘From the very latest recruitment technology and streamlined processes to a new look and new web domains increasing our market exposure we hope to increase our levels of growth even though times are a bit tough within the motor industry currently.’

Watson added: ‘Our services are professional and transparent to all our clients and candidates alike. We do what we say we do and I am happy to stand in front of anyone of our clients and allow them in to our business to prove it. Our promise to our clients is set in stone as far as I am concerned and that is what makes us quite unique.’
