Drive Vauxhall launches website that adapts to customers’ needs

Time 12:20 pm, September 4, 2019

DRIVE Vauxhall has launched its next-generation responsive website that uses the latest technology to automatically change the layout and content based on visitors’ profiles.

Built by car dealer website specialist Bluesky Interactive, it boasts an ultra-fast SuperSearch function and is very quick to load – especially on mobile devices. It’s also possible to book a service online in as little as one step.

The innovative technology can personalise the content shown to visitors based on their needs and expectations, changing the banner content, reordering sections of the page and making it as easy as possible for them to find their way to the pages and information that matters most to them. Content can even adapt and change as they navigate around the site.

Rob Keenan, Drive Vauxhall group operations director, said: ‘Our customers are at the heart of our business and it’s essential that we provide the very best user experience – which involves providing a personal experience for them as an individual.

‘Our new website facilitates this based on what the customer needs from us, would like to know or is searching for, in order to make the website as relevant and efficient as possible for them.’

Tony Hilton, operations director at Bluesky Interactive, added: ‘I am delighted that our long-term relationship with Drive has produced another outstanding website. This new site not only looks great but it’s lightning fast to load and packed with all the latest technology.

‘I am sure that this website will further enhance Drive’s outstanding commitment to customer service and continue to build on its already market-leading results.’
