The new service called Motorcraft 4+, has been developed by Ford and its dealer network to strengthen relationships with existing customers with cars and commercial vehicles aged four years and older.

Motorcraft 4+ offers national maximum price service options including £119 for a minor service and £189 for a major one. It also comes with a maximum MOT price of £35, which is reduced to £30 when combined with a Motorcraft Service.

More than 550 Ford dealerships across the UK will offer the Motorcraft 4+ package, allowing customers to book appointments online at a time that’s convenient from them, using the Online Service Booking website. Customers will also receive a complimentary vehicle valet.

The new package coincides with Ford’s new customer service experience and new-look dealerships. Vehicles serviced through Motorcraft receive free roadside assistance, Ford’s eCheck 30-point visual inspection and Ford’s Accident Management service.

Director at Ford Customer Service Division, Jon Wellsman, said: ‘The Ford Motorcraft package offers all owners of Ford vehicles the quality of service they expect from a Ford dealer, with unrivalled expertise, at competitive prices.’
