Serial award winner ClickDealer was praised by its customers in the Website Provider of the Year for Independent Dealers category and secured a highly commended place.
It is now providing around 1,400 websites for car dealers, and director Ollie Moxham explained how it means so much to have them vote for them.
He said: ‘We work very closely with our dealer partners, it’s like they’re family, so we’re so pleased that they’ve chosen to vote for us in the survey.’
ClickDealer was praised for making its ClickEngage product available for free during the lockdown period and truly supporting customers in the best way they could.
ClickEngage allows customers to work out their part exchange, complete a finance quote and request to reserve a vehicle, all features dealers found vital in the last six months.
Moxham added: ‘It really does mean a lot to be recognised by our customers and hear that they think we’re doing the right things for them.’
