JARDINE Motors Group staged its biggest sale yet in its remarketing partnership with BCA, with 340 cars offered at the Bedford auction centre.
The five-hour event, held on September 9, attracted roughly 300 buyers to BCA Bedford, while a further 500 logged in to bid for the cars via BCA Live Online.
The sale hosted a section of 60 non-reserve cars, followed by 280 cars direct from Jardine dealerships nationwide. A total of 336 cars were sold for a multi-million pound turnover, equivalent to 100 per cent of CAP Clean.
Brand director of Jardine Motors Group, Stuart Coleman, said: ‘BCA delivered massive buying power for this record-breaking sale with up to 800 buyers competing for the cars on offer.
‘The end result was spectacular with a 99 per cent conversion and a strong performance against CAP Clean.’
BCA’s major account manager, Suzanne Spencer, added: ‘This was a significant sale event for Jardine that delivered a superb selection of stock at a variety of price points and it proved irresistible to our buyers.’
Every year, BCA remarkets approximately 14,000 vehicles as part of a remarketing partnership with Jardine Motors Group, which sells 24 marques from 70 retail outlets across the UK.
