MITSUBISHI Motors in the UK has strengthened its dealer development team with the appointment of Catherine Perrin in the role of regional network development manager.
Perrin is now responsible for securing and working with new dealer partners and developing the Mitsubishi dealer network in the UK, having first joined the company in 2005 as part of the graduate programme and excelling in a variety of sales and marketing roles including her position as electric vehicle programme manager.
She has spent seven years working for Nissan in a number of dealer-related roles including area sales manager, franchising manager for the south and most recently focussed on driving dealer and customer quality improvement before returning to Mitsubishi at the start of 2019.
Speaking about her new appointment, Perrin said: ‘It is a really exciting time to re-join Mitsubishi Motors in the UK. The brand is well placed with new product, brand evolution and most importantly working with our existing and new partners to drive towards our 2022 vision”.
Emma Soble, general manager of network development for Mitsubishi Motors in the UK said: ‘We are delighted that Catherine has re-joined us and is part of the network development team. Her frontline dealer experience and professionalism along with her previous Mitsubishi experience will be invaluable to us as we develop and grow our dealer network in the UK.’
The network development team for Mitsubishi Motors in the UK is based at the company headquarters in Cirencester, and is headed by Emma Soble and consists of eight other staff members including four regional development managers, a network strategy manager and three further office-based staff.
