Modix partners with InstaVid to offer enhanced video capability

MODIX, the digital marketing arm of Cox Automotive, has announced a new partnership with InstaVid that will allow it to offer new video and image capabilities to its dealer customers.

Partnering with this innovative imagery provider will allow Modix to add a raft of new features to its Modix 360 imagery and video product.

Modix 360 customers will now be able to use a single app to create a full range of imagery to showcase their stock. As well as fully interactive 360° interior and exterior images, the tool creates personalised and branded videos, and features a guided photography module to help dealers capture professional gallery images.


The easy-to-use tool can be fully integrated with stock inventories, and also allows dealers to share video and photo content directly with customers via emails or text messages.

Nic Carr, co-founder of InstaVid, said: ‘The demand for this solution has been driven by dealers needing to enhance their digital presence, differentiate their vehicle stock from competitors and boost the performance of their websites, exclusive of traditional portals.

‘Dealers also benefit from having one content creation tool which can syndicate videos, 360° images and photos to any location, including their own websites and third-party portals.
