Research from motoring organisation the RAC has found that 27 per cent of drivers use a mobile phone without a hands-free kit, and also 27 per cent of drivers text while driving.

Nottingham-based In Phase International has now teamed up with the RAC and have created three new products to allow drivers to make phone calls safely while behind the wheel.

The three products are a simple ear-piece device called ‘Voice Port’, ‘Quick-fix’ – a clip-on car visor mounted device using solar power – and a plug-in device called ‘Pro-fix’.

Items range in price from only £19.99 to £299.99 for a fully installed, interactive and integrated version including DAB, Video and parking camera. All items in the range work with the vast majority of Bluetooth enabled phones, says In Phase International.
