New recruits but familiar faces at profitability experts ASE

Time 12:08 pm, March 27, 2015

New recruitsDEALER profitability experts ASE plc have welcomed the return of previous employees Paul Smith as audit manager and Amanda Sayle as senior tax manager.

Jason Leach, managing director of ASE’s professional services division, said: ‘As the UK’s only accountancy firm solely focussed on the motor trade, it’s great to welcome back Paul and Amanda’s industry experience and technical expertise.’

Jason too is a fairly recent recruit having joined ASE after 22 years with Price Waterhouse Coopers. Jason’s role, working closely with the other partners, Alison Ness, Ian McMahon and Tim Lwin, is to lead the professional services team at ASE’s global head office in Manchester.

Rob Jones, ASE CEO, said: ‘Despite their wealth of experience, the new recruits will go through the ASE training academy.

‘Even though we’ve been operating in the industry for 40 years we recognise that in this fast changing industry it is vital that the whole ASE team continue to develop and update their skills. The academy provides a centre of excellence to deliver this.’
