The dealership will host the full range of new Volvos as well as a selection of approved used cars, as well as full aftersales facilities. The new site will create 24 new jobs too.

Tracey Perry, managing director of Regent Automotive Group, said: ‘Having grown successfully over the last 18 months this is a landmark moment for Regent Automotive as we prepare to open our first dealership outside London.

‘We’re looking forward to becoming part of the local community and welcoming new customers to experience our showroom and first-class service.’

Regent Automotive Limited currently operates four dealerships in the capital, under the Volvo Cars London name, with a fifth in Hatfield.

‘We have established a strong reputation with our customers for exceptional service and an enjoyable experience during every visit to our dealerships,’ added Tracey.
