RIDGEWAY Group has announced its recent acquisition of Parkview Skoda in Reading.
The dealership group purchased Parkview from PJA Trading Ltd at the end of October for an undisclosed price and the site will be rebranded as Ridgeway Skoda.
Ridgeway already operates the Jewson Skoda dealership in Oxford and opened Ridgeway Skoda in Newbury, strengthening the group’s Skoda dominance in the Thames Valley region.
Brand director at Ridgeway Sokda, Simon McLaughlin, said: ‘We are absolutely delighted – this acquisition further strengthens our relationship with Skoda and we are looking forward to representing this great and growing brand in new car sales, approved used, service, parts and fleet in Reading.’
CEO at Ridgeway Group, John O’Hanlon, added: ‘This acquisition, bringing the group’s Skoda representation to three, means Ridgeway are best placed across the Thames Valley region to serve old, new and prospective sales and service customers. We are really pleased to welcome the team and customers to the Ridgeway stable.’
