PIONEERING automotive software firm SalesMaster is celebrating a decade of providing comprehensive, real-time dealer and OEM solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Founded in 2009 by managing director Chris Stott, SalesMaster was born from the need to track the availability and location of vehicles within a busy fleet team.
Starting as a rudimentary database, the company now offers a portfolio of services, used by 500+ dealerships in the UK.
Employing 20 members of staff, the company recorded a turnover of £1.5 million in 2018 and continues to develop the platform in line with the changing needs of the industry.
SalesMaster’s Stockbook management system is the core of the platform and provides a one-stop shop for vehicle visibility and management.
Real-time user updates enable all stock to be accessed on one user-friendly platform. Fleetbase is the perfect partner for fleet sales operations, allowing staff to process data to suit their requirements with real-time work queues and a flexible workflow.
Booking vehicles across all fleets is simple using Demo Diary, increasing utilisation and giving the customer a seamless experience.
Chris Stott, managing director at SalesMaster, said: ‘From day one, our ambition was to evolve the way vehicles are transacted, using breakthrough technology to drive greater efficiency, simplicity and service to benefit both retailer and customer.
‘Our journey of growth over the last 10 years has been phenomenal.
‘SalesMaster continues to develop integration opportunities with key partners to offer a powerful end-to-end digital solution for the automotive industry.’
