NO less than seven of Ford Retail’s 56 service centres have been shortlisted in the Golden Garages competition.
The seven centres have been voted into the top 50 list for delivering the best in customer service in the annual Golden Garages competition run by Motor Codes.
Lindsay Ford in Bangor, Polar Ford in Runcorn, Hazel Grove, Barnsley and Wakefield, and Dagenham Motors in Bookham and Epsom have all been voted for by their customers in the competition over a six week period.
The competition is divided into ten regional heats which mean that for the six regions where Ford Retail has a dealership, nearly one in four of those shortlisted were Ford Retail sites. Only two other Ford garages made it on to the shortlist out of the approximately 380 in the UK.
Customer relations director John Leathem, said: ‘We’re immensely proud to have so many of our dealerships shortlisted for this hotly contested national competition. To have seven sites in the top 50 out of an estimated 6,500 garages in the UK is testament to our focus on delivering exceptional customer service.’
