subaru_b9_tribecaSUBARU’S expansion in the UK is continuing with the appointment of a new dealer in Scotland.

Long-established dealer Lawrence of Kemnay, based in Inverurie, will now share its Ford showroom space with the Japanese marque’s cars.

The dealership boasts state-of-the-art facilities that include a purpose-built eight-car showroom, 10 service bays and an insurance-approved body shop.

Dealer principal Gavin Chalmers said: ‘We feel Subaru’s premium All-Wheel Drive range suits our local demographic perfectly.

‘The line-up’s go-anywhere capabilities will certainly appeal to our wide-range of customers, especially during the winter months when Aberdeenshire is regularly struck by terrible weather conditions.

‘We’re looking forward to developing a long-standing relationship with both Subaru and our prospective customers.’

Marketing director of Subaru UK Kenyon Neads said: ‘We’re extremely pleased to welcome Lawrence of Kemnay into the Subaru fold at such an exciting time.

‘With more than 50 years’ experience in the trade and a strong customer base, we’re confident the Aberdeenshire community will appreciate the versatility of the Subaru model range.’
