CAR dealers that go the extra mile for Motability customers have been honoured by the charity.
Perrys Motor Sales was named National Dealer Group of the Year in the new annual Motability Dealer Awards programme, with Lookers plc and Vertu Motors plc being commended.
Gordons Ford, which has four sites in Lancashire, won the gong for Regional Dealer Group of the Year, with John Grose, based in East Anglia, and Busseys in Norwich and Norfolk runners-up.
Meanwhile, Kylie Warwick from Marshall Ford in Cambridge was named Motability Specialist of the Year, with Nicola Marriott from Westover Nissan in Bournemouth commended.
The award for Website of the Year, based on ease of navigation and availability of up-to-date, accurate information, went to Isaac Agnew in Northern Ireland, with Allen Ford Dealer Group in England highly commended.
The Motability Dealer Awards programme is designed to reward best practice and ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the dealer network. Dealers are judged on how they deliver the scheme to customers and are assessed through customer feedback, reviews of their Motability performance and levels of engagement.
Congratulations
Peter Wilson, General Manager, Dealer Relations at Motability Operations, said: “These awards are a great way for us to recognise our dealer partners who go above and beyond when representing the Motability scheme.
“We continually receive great customer feedback and aim to build upon this. Many congratulations to our partners who work as the ‘face’ of Motability and deliver an outstanding customer experience.”
