RESULTS from the 2013 Auto Express Driver Power survey reveals the top 10 dealers that customers can trust.
The survey has named Lexus as the UK’s best dealer for the second year in a row, as it manages to fight off competition from Subaru in second. Meanwhile, Lexus’ sister brand, Toyota completed the top three.
According to Auto Express, Lexus came first in six out of seven categories, in which drivers judged their dealers. This follows last month’s success, when the luxury brand was voted best car manufacturer.
Behind Toyota in 4th place came Japanese carmaker Honda, while Jaguar managed a healthy 5th ahead of Porsche in 6th.
Skoda managed a worthy 7th, while Mitsubishi, Renault and Kia rounded up the top 10.
Unfortunately, the news wasn’t so good for Seat owners, as the Spanish carmaker finished at the bottom of the table in 11th place.
Auto Express Editor-in-Chief, Steve Fowler, said on Autoexpress.com: ‘Lexus proves once again that it’s the best at keeping customers happy with a Driver Power double this year.’
He added: ‘According to our readers, Lexus make the best cars and have the best dealers – it clearly sets the standards that other car makers have to reach.’
