JACK Barclay Bentley has welcomed a rare First Edition version of the all-new Continental GT to its famous Mayfair showroom.
The famous dealership recently underwent a multi-million-pound refurbishment across three floors, adding bespoke features such as a large hero light above the star car, a central bar, a new specification room for bespoke Bentley customisation and an updated car lift.
The showroom’s ground floor has been designed to be open, spacious and modern, while the lower ground floor is more intimate with period details and interesting features such as a wood-panelled boardroom from the 1960s.
The Continental GT First Edition takes pride of place under the hero light – the perfect stage for passing pedestrians and Jack Barclay customers alike. It will now be on permanent display.
First Edition models are luxuriously-appointed versions of new cars. The newly released grand tourer has a number of handcrafted details identifying it – including discreet First Edition badging inside and out.
John Stone, Bentley brand director, said: ‘First Edition versions of the Continental GT are the most luxurious versions of this latest Bentley, and we’re delighted to have one in the newly re-opened Jack Barclay Bentley.
‘It has attracted plenty of attention since arriving in Mayfair and has brought a lot of new customers to the showroom.
‘Our refurbishment brought Jack Barclay into a modern age, and the hero light certainly gives the Continental GT First Edition the perfect platform to shine.’
