Imperial Cars reaches Wembley with opening of another new dealership

Time 9:12 am, November 20, 2019

IMPERIAL Cars has opened a new dealership in Wembley, north London.

The showroom replaces Mercedes-Benz Park Royal and has space for 100 cars.

Company sales director Mike Hawkins said: ‘We’re absolutely over the moon with our recent progress despite challenging market conditions for our competitors.

‘Our strategy of keeping prices low and preparing cars to a drive-away, no-delay standard has seen us prosper at a time when others are struggling.

‘What excites us is yet more job creation, which offers many people the chance for positivity just in time for the new year. We’re proud of our workforce, their commitment to the company and their dedication to delivering excellent customer service.’

Imperial says its success has largely come about because of its determination to deliver an exceptional car-buying experience – and the opening of the Wembley site follows another year of expansion for the company.

It recently opened the doors to a 10.8-acre preparation centre in Royal Portbury Docks, Bristol, a complementary facility to its existing two-acre site in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

Mike Bell, managing director of Imperial Cars, said: ‘Future-proofing our businesses allows us to keep acquiring and supplying brand new dealerships for our growing national customer base, and opens up the opportunity for the provision of de-fleet, vehicle refurbishment and vehicle imaging services to anyone who needs them.

‘This is only the latest step of a rapid national expansion that has seen Imperial Cars acquire
and open eight new dealerships over the past two years.’

Imperial Cars has an ambitious target of operating 20 used car retail sites by the end of 2019 after growing from six to 15 sites in three years.
